Fifty Shades of Grey PDF

People are rushing to download the Fifty Shades of Grey PDF so they can read it on their iPad or iPhone or Kindle and have it so no one knows what they’re reading. Women all over the world have been obsessed with the whole Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, written by British author, E.L. James.

The most recent installment in the series, Fifty Shades of Grey, is currently the quickest-selling non-children’s book of all time. The book has sold roughly 20 million copies in the U.S., Canada, and U.K., and millions more have been ordered for printing. One cannot help but wonder what the fuss is all about.

The book centers around Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, who have, more or less, a purely sexual relationship. Christian, somewhat of a billionaire playboy, has a fetish for S&M. Anastasia is constantly internally conflicted, battling between her “inner goddess” and “subconscious.” She struggles between her incessant desire for Christian and her need to have a “normal” partner.

The popularity of the trilogy seems to be completely based on the sex scenes, as the writing leaves something to be desired. The flow of the writing itself can be difficult to read, and the dialogue between characters seems incredibly unrealistic. Luckily, the books are mainly about sex. In the Fifty Shades series, the sex scenes are not sprinkled here and there throughout the book; they are the bulk of the plot, which is interspersed with Steele’s inner turmoil about her relationship with Grey.

The Fifty Shades of Grey PDF download kicks off the trilogy by introducing the characters, who are not necessarily likable. Christian Grey has a cliché back story that involves a “crack-whore” mother, paired with an unpleasant and controlling demeanor. We find that Mr. Grey’s obsession with S&M is quite intense, and he has rules about what can and cannot be done during his sexual exploitations with Steele. For example, they cannot involve electricity, blood loss, animals, and so on. Steele happily agrees to oblige, as she is continually drawn to Grey, seemingly helpless against his advances.

When second book in the series, Fifty Shades Darker, opens, we find that Steele and Grey are no longer seeing each other, and Anastasia is focusing on a new career in publishing. Before long, the two are back at it again. In this book, the writing becomes even more bothersome. The characters are constantly described as doing some sort of annoying habit, and the sex scenes seem slightly less inspired than in the Fifty Shades of Grey free PDF. Instead, Steele begins dreaming of all of the things that her billionaire man could potentially buy for her, should they take up with each other in an exclusive relationship.

The transition to the third book is awkward, as the story seems forced. Perhaps E.L. Jones is attempting to expand on the success of the first book by catering even further to women’s fantasies. Assuming that women are interested in sex, billionaires, and presents is a bit obvious, but millions and millions of readers don’t mind. Although the first book of the trilogy has been the best seller, the other books in the series have also been wildly popular.

Much to the surprise of the book’s publishers, women not only love to read explicit content, but they love to talk about it, too. When the Fifty Shades of Grey ebook was released, the novel was originally distributed as an ebook. The paperback version of the book starting selling like hotcakes based on word-of-mouth alone.

Still, the digital version continues to be a huge international seller, and perhaps sparked a new fad when women realized that they can read their S&M material in the middle of the DMV by using their Kindle. While some women prefer to read such content behind the shield of a Kindle, phone, or tablet device, something about Fifty Shades of Grey PDF download has made women feel unembarrassed, if not proud, to be seen reading the book.

They will happily chat about it with co-workers as though they were reading something as tame as People magazine. Make no mistake about it, folks; this book is not your typical romance novel. James spares no details in the sex scenes, and there aren’t any cutesy metaphors. Whether the book is considered to be pornographic is up for debate. Some would argue that pornographic material is strictly for the purposes of arousal, whereas some people might be reading Fifty Shades of Grey for the plot. Quite similarly to watching a pornographic video for the plot, this scenario seems unlikely.

Is this a step in the right direction for women, or is it going too far? In the past, most women would be appalled to see a man bring pornographic material onto a subway. Today, women are seen reading Fifty Shades of Grey in the waiting room at the doctor’s office, in front of the elderly and children alike. On one hand, it is encouraging that society has loosened up a bit on sexual stereotypes, but on the other hand, some people may become uncomfortable with the casual manner in which this book, and the subject, are constantly flaunted. In any case, women are not going to stop reading these books anytime soon.
